No service

Hi,

I'm a returning EE mobile customer, got my esim QR code through and activated the network. Or so I thought. Network provider is still listed on my phone (iPhone 15 Pro) as my previous network, Vodafone. Vodafone have now disconnected my number and I'm currently without service. I realise this is probably a setup issue (perhaps incorrectly on my part), but if anyone has any advice / suggestions on how to resolve things, I'd be very grateful. I should mention that my phone can see the ee network signal but for whatever reason isn't connecting. Thanks in advance.

@puddlejumper60 : Did you port your no. from Voda to EE using a PAC?

When did you activate your SIM on EE network? It then takes 1 working day for the no. to be ported.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Hi, I arranged the new contract over chat on the EE website on Tues 21st Jul, and gave my PAC then. Received a text on Friday 25th from EE (before being disconnected from Vodafone) to say that the number transfer was complete.  Activated the esim on Thu 24th – if that's the same as scanning the QR code. Have tried restarting my phone several times to see if that helps but no luck so far.

Still looking for help if anyone has any suggestions as to how to resolve the lack of service? Much appreciated.
