I share a plan with my family and nobody has got any service, regardless of us being in different locations. Does anybody know what the issue may be? The bill has been paid for the month.

Perform a manual network search from each phone - does EE show? Toggle flight mode if it does.

Hi thankyou for your reply, EE did show but it still didn’t work. I can’t call EE as I cannot make any phone calls from any of our phones or even text them.

EE showing on a network search rules out a coverage issue. Lack of coverage will prevent calls, texts or data being used.
If your phone has a WiFi-connection, try using WiFi-calling to make & receive calls, send & receive text messages. I suspect this will prove your issue to something account-side, and thus you'll need to contact EE-CS from another working phone - 07953 966150.
