I have had zero signal for almost 2 weeks now! All the coverage checker says is that they are aware of a problem at this site... If I dig a bit deeper it seems there are problems all around my town and surrounding areas, cannot get any information about what's happening or when it will be fixed!! I'd expect more from the UKs self proclaimed 'best network'...

Hi @Warrenlee81
Welcome to the community.
Our engineers will be working hard to resolve the problem in your area. If you register on our coverage checker, we'll update you once we know more. Thank you for your patience so far and sorry for the inconvenience.
If you have a WiFi calling device, it may help you in the mean time.

Tried all that, told that a mast is down so I'm in a 'dead zone'. Roaming and WiFi calling does nothing.. how is it that Vodafone, o2, Giffgaff all work fine but not EE? I'm sure it's the same mast as there is only one for every network in my area? EE saying they use 3rd parties to fix the problems, ok but how does that help? I have to walk a mile or 2 away from my house to get signal.. and that was even suggested by EE customer service? Really!?!?

What is the problem with your WiFi calling, @Warrenlee81?
Were the technical support team able to help you with that?

I don't have regular WiFi, I'm connected to my partners Giffgaff hotspot as that is working perfectly? As are all my neighbours O2, Vodafone networks... But not the 'uks best network'!? Since joining EE I've had at least 4 weeks with zero signal since December 2022! All that time all other networks were fine!? Clearly something is wrong but EE won't say anything other than it's a 3rd party that fix the masts etc so it's out of our hands!? I don't believe it for a second, probably just pushing people to upgrade their phones even though mine is twice the spec of my partners phone and she has no problems at all .. it's becoming a joke and probably a breach of contract on your end ..

The tower is just a structure which hosts equipment from different network operators - only the operator whose equipment has a fault, will be affected. Faults can affect all networks, and are covered in the T&Cs of all operators.
There are 4 network operators (EE, VF, O2 & 3), everyone else including GiffGaff is an MVNO provider who "piggyback" on one of the big-4 to provide their coverage. GG is a budget brand using O2's network.
It's encouraging that the status checker is reporting a known issue, that means the fault will be being worked on.

I've had to purchase a Giffgaff sim !! You know nothing John Snow!! Status checker has been saying the same nonesense for 2 weeks? Plus the 2 weeks it was down in December 2022! Don't insult me... Giffgaff, sorry 'GG' the 'budget brand' is turning out to be a hell of a lot better for mobile users than your 'best network in the UK' hype brand... It's shocking... Send Kevin Bacon and his millions on a plane to fix the mast problems!! Idiotic!! You talk to consumers like we're dumb... Try turning your phone off and on etc... Yea, that is every tech companies answer... It doesn't work!! That 'budget' brand works.... As is VF,O2 and 3... EE is not... If you don't have something positive or a constructive reply, save yourself the time ... I'm replying via a 'budget brand' Giffgaff... That I've had to pay for although I'm still paying for a mediocre service from the 'best brand ' that doesn't work at all, nearly 4 weeks down!! 2 in December and the same now!! Breach of contract on your end or just daylight robbery....

At no point did this "idiot" suggest you restart your phone, and for reference I am not EE staff but just another customer like yourself.
