Started about a few months back on and off , then from the start of September we have no Wi-Fi coverage at all been on the phone so many times that’s not just me even our neighbours have ??no further forward now on day 19 with out Wi-Fi please can we have an update please I am thinking of leaving EE and go with another phone net work unbelievable

WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device and a broadband router, it has nothing to do with the EE mobile network.

Or are you reporting a problem with either your EE home broadband service or EE-mobile data facility?

We have a problem with a mast in our area ! Been only told they are working on it , this is almost 3 weeks does it really take this long to fix 

That depends on what the fault is, and therefore the fix.
