I have a OnePlus 7T and for the last 24 hours I have had no network connection at all. I am in central London so I don't believe it is a coverage issue. I have restarted my phone many times, but this has not solved it, neither has resetting the access point names nor the network settings. I am a pay monthly customer.
Can you advise what to do to regain connection?

Check your location on the status checker - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee and choose "check status"
A dense urban location makes it harder for no-coverage scenarios to arise, but it's not impossible. Failing that, ask around friends and relatives nearby who also use EE - do they have similar issues?
