No network again with ee

Once again, I have no registered network with ee. 3 days last week and again today.

I have a very ill father and I need to use my phone.. 

I'm paying for a service that doesn't work anymore!!

@moosh  As you have a internet connection have you tried using Wi-Fi calling ?  It’s offered free by EE and it’s perfect for when you have no cellular connection.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm sorry to hear that your father is unwell, I understand why your ability to be able to make and receive calls would be very important.

Have you had a chance to look into WiFi calling, as @Chris_B suggested?
