It's definitely worth checking to see if your calls are working like @XRaySpeX has mentioned here.
I'd also recommend looking at the signal bars at the top of your screen to see if there's a 4G or 5G indicator at the top of the screen, or if this is showing something else.
Finally you can have a check of the area using our network status checker, which will let you know if there are any known outages in this area, and also give you the chance to report the issues you're having.
