No connection in my area

I have started anew contract with EE but have not been able to get a connection. On investigating, I have that EE are having problems in my area. I have now paid 2 months subscription and I think that I should be refunded this payment. I have been to an EE shop in a nearby city and was informed that my mobile is working. Thats's no good if I cannot use it at home.

Is there a recognised issue in your locality? Use the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee to check.

You can use WiFi-calling anytime you are indoors with a wireless broadband connection - this allows full use of your phone without needing any mobile coverage.
