My ee network has been down for more than 24 hours. I have reset the phone and the SIM but still same issue. There is no network problem in my area. I called EE on Monday night to obtain a replacement SIM for my secondary account and since my network is down. Is there something EE can do their end by mistake to stop my SIM from working?

Should have said. I am UK- Swansea. Not using phone from abroad

What was the reason for the replacement SIM? If it was lost or stolen, the old SIM would be disconnected when the new one was ordered.
It could be that the wrong SIM was disconnected when you called. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can look into this for you.
