Hi, I have an iPhone 11 and with EE and have the same issue. It is particularly bad when I am travelling across the country at it does show 4 or 5 bars and 4G but I don’t get internet. I often use the phone as a Satnav so have problems with maps updating whilst driving. Can EE tell me if this is an iphone or Network issue.

Can you explain the issue you're having? Your post has been moved to a new thread, the one you'd added to was from 2023.

Do you have issues in generally the same locations?
