Network issue

My Network shows full, but is not accessible, I need to re connect my device to WIFI. 
Poor connection , very disappointed

  • Have you tried restarting your device.
  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

What do you mean by "not accessible"? Are you having problems with calls, texts or mobile data? Does your phone show a VoLTE/4G-calling connection?

Is this a recent problem or location-specific?
