Network issue NN3

I have had a network issue since around midday in Northampton NN3 area. This is the same for my husbands phone, so it not down to my mobile. Trying to get a status report on the website is impossible... it just keeps going round in circles with no answer. Is EE still alive, or is Britain best service provider now defunct?

I've just tested a sample postcode on the status checker and it works OK - a bit convoluted as it is now, but functional.

What's the network issue you're having?
