Hi
i seem to be stuck in a loop of stupid. There is a Network Fault in my area. Voice calls don’t work but Data works after a phone restart. The online fault reporting service is unavailable and has been for at least a week and because Voice calls don’t work I can’t report it to 150.

Try using the text shortcode service, texting TECH to 150
Otherwise you can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone - need not be yours, or a mobile.
Online fault reporting working fine for me.

@MrYorkieboy , you can report it here, register and receive updates:
https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
If you have fixed broadband and a phone with wifi calling, then you can set your phone up to use that.
You can also use Skype to ring customer service for free.

This is a location I visit on a Tuesday morning. The Network issue has been happening for 2 weeks. The coverage checker suggests the Network is working OK but when I try to report the fault it says the service isn’t working (see above).

@MrYorkieboy , we have no account access, do not know who you are and are just customers like you, so you would have to report, but networks can take time to repair etc.

I’ve had issues like this before and have tried to report faults when I get somewhere with good service. They’ve told me in the past that they won’t take reports of faults if I’m not calling from the effected location.🤷♂️

Who exactly is "they" in this context? Was this a frontline agent on first answer, or an agent whom you get passed to?
It's nonsense (potentially even a catch-22 situation), but I'm curious. You should be able to cite timed examples of problems from the preceeding ~72hours, to assist in identifying potentially problematic sites/sectors.

It was whoever I spoke with at 150. It happened on a number of occasions as the fault lasted for over a year. It was never escalated as I wasn’t calling from the effected location.
this bucket certainly seems to have hole in it Dear Liza.
