Mobile mast not working in Abbots Langley area

Good afternoon all,

I live in a village called Abbots Langley Hertfordshire. We have really sketchy mobile signal due to the mast right in the centre not working. 
Even after reporting this via the phone, I am hoping someone from Technical can escalate this.

The mast in question is outside a local Chinese restaurant - recently closed.

Box next to mask saying Orange, so it’s obviously quite old from the exterior, 

Can anyone help please?

If you've reported this by phone, then the correct teams should already be made aware. It might be worth checking via the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee whether there's a recognised fault.

The only additional observation I would make is that this site does indeed look to be quite an old, potentially 2G/4G1800-only site at best. There don't seem to be enough streetcabs, muchless antenna space, for anything more substantial.

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately this mast is centrally located and covers the village area.

Even if it is as brought into service for calls coverage, it will make a massive difference to the village.
