Constantly getting drop outs and messages saying issues in your area 

Since we upgraded PROBLEMS 

Been with EE donkeys years

Hi @Barbarian58 I'm very sorry to hear that you're getting dropouts and messages saying that you have issues in your area, I can imagine it must be very frustrating for you.

Do you notice your signal improving when you travel outside of your area?

I'd recommend using our Coverage Checker to see if there are any issues affecting your area at the moment.

What specific problems have you been having? Are you saying these problems started when you changed your phone?

Do other EE users have the same issues in your area?
