Issues to use my phone for calls, texts, and datas

Hello, I’m contacting you about my account because I’ve been experiencing ongoing service issues, including consistently poor or no signal in my area where I need reliable coverage. Examples: Impossible to download or if it is downloading is a file attachment and it is very slow. To open apps takes time or a message appears: an error occurred. Sometimes I can't open the EE app. Some websites I try to open are either slow or a message appears to connect to the internet. On several occasions I used your tool to check area coverage and it always says no issues and very good outside and good inside property. Often when Receiving calls as soon as I answer the call is disconnected, or the caller can't hear me and ends up ending the call.

This has made it difficult to use my phone for calls, texts, and data, and the service has not met reasonable expectations.

Due to these issues, I would like to request to leave my contract early without paying the early termination fee, or for the fee to be reduced.
