Intermittent signal over 6 month

Hi everyone

So today I have finally given in and made a complaint about the signal service I'm getting. The mast is down again and nice of EE, They have compensated me for 5 day. This is a regular thing tho in a big town. Can't call or use 4G.

Question is, at what point can I cancel my contract because of the service I'm receiving. I understand that nothing can be 24/7/365 but I've had a fair share of this over 6 months. I'm at the point of upgrading for free but not yet at the end of the contract.

Any help or Info?

Hi Leanne I did as suggested, had a lovely lady from Glasgow speak to me. She was able to raise my compensation and I was able to leave if things didn't improve. Had another day of no signal but now it's back on. Still deliberately whether to stay or not. Thankyou
