Yes all day today, and still going. I can't even make or receive calls either...

I've had the same issues as well as not been able to make or receive calls.  It's so frustrating 😫

I truly feel your pain. The 1 day I actually needed my phone for calls, and Internet to complete some important documents. EE has let me down. I'm so frustrated with EE today 😫 😩

Status checker says that there's no issues but quality of service is terrible.

Have you tried restarting your device? If you're still having problems, it's likely to be a local issue. I would recommend reporting a problem on the network status checker so that our network team can look into it for you.
