Forced to move from BT

Forced to move to EE from BT and now left with  virtually useless mobile signal connection. How do I resolve this????

Anywhere in my house the signal strength is now poor

Is WiFi Calling activated on your phone?

Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?

this has no relationship to my issue - not given a choice but only allowed to move to EE unless change provider!
