I've got £9 on my pay as you go phone and it's fully charged. Why is it saying emergency calls only and what can I do?

Hi. I didn't buy a pack. I don't use data. Simply use it for phone calls and texts and top up when the credit runs low.

Have you Checked Status of the Network Status Checker there and reported your problem via that link?

I was initially treating this as a PAYG issue not knowing you didn't use packs but I now think it's a network issue.
