When at work, my colleagues and I are not able to use our phones. Are EE working on  the masts? Is anyone else dealing with this?

EE  have not notified us of any issues 

Any advice please...

Is this a recent problem? The coverage webtool is a good first-line check - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

"Check coverage" predicts the normal service in your location - does what you experience broadly match the normal service?

"Check status" searches for known issues - if your service is temporarily worse than normal, is there a known issue here?
