My sim card has lost all network signal. I can't even do anything. I have tried restarting the phone, tried taking the s card out. Nothing is working. It was working from 6.30pm 18th December. Then at 8.30pm 18th December just gone off. I have also tried to activate a new SIM card on my contract. It's been more than 24hrs and that is not working either

You can only have one SIM card with the same number. 

Do you mean another number on the account has been deactivated in error?

Yeah I have 3 numbers. A watch contract number, a new SIM card number and my original ee contract I have had for years number. I have 3 numbers. 2 which are actual SIM cards. The watch is just a number but doesn't actually have a SIM card

Basically EE sent out a replacement for my current contract and not the SIM that I requested. Got it all sorted by ringing EE
