Hi everyone.

I’m using EE mobile services my phone is disconnecting every time I’m so frustrated with it. I reported to the customer service team but nothing happened it’s the same. I have only one bar signal on my phone is there any advice? Some things will help please?

What do you mean by "disconnecting"?

The signal bars are only a rough guide. 1bar is still a bar.

Is this a recent problem?
