i live in Windsor and have huge issues with data connectivity. In the centre of town and back at home, inside and outside.
I went into store to ask for help and unfortunately was just sold to. My wife’s uses another provider and they don’t have the same problem. I have to constantly sign into Wi-Fi to use data.
what can we done to help?

You can report the problem, but nothing will be done about it. There is no mobile data for EE in the central core of Windsor. There hasn't been for at least three years. Latest test, on various devices, was today. Just as frustratingly terrible as it has always been.

I've just returned from spending some time in central Windsor, with a couple of other colleagues also using EE.
There were odd occasions when attainable speeds were down to around ~3-4Mb/s, but that still allowed HD video streaming where required. For the most part, ~20Mb/s was comfortably being achieved whenever tested.
I wasn't spending my whole time staring at a screen running tests, but at no point were calls or mobile data problematic - this was both indoors & outdoors.

Personally, I've not experienced any issues in Windsor but, if you are still experiencing issues and there's nothing on the status checker, give 150 a call and they'll do their best to help you! 😊
