Ever since I've been on EE my mobile phone coverage at Home, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx has never been  above the lowest bar except I go in the back garden or on my stairs landing. I've had calls come through and conversations have been truncated at best. Unless there is a very pronounced improvement I will not be renewing my contract with EE.

How long have you been with EE? Do you have WiFi at home? Does using WiFi calling help?

The signal bar indicators are only a rough guide, although 1 is all I have currently and it's not directly causing any issues.

If you have WiFi at home, that's EE's preferred means of mitigating indoor coverage issues.
