Is there any way of contacting a human rather than the terrible Bert system? We have for months had issues with very poor 4g service we need for work purposes and the EE website no longer allows for network checks. It just says ‘this service isn’t working right now’. Please supply details on how to raise a network fault enquiry

Could you please let us know a bit more about what sort of 4G issues you've been noticing here, and what device you're using?
Also is this part of a business account or a personal account?

Can you expand on what "issues with very poor 4G service" means? It could mean a whole multitude of symptoms, there can be some good advice on this board... if you explain specifics.
Feel free to be as detailed as could help. By means of example... issues with data speeds in particular locations? Issues with dropped calls in particular locations? Something more general? Perceived reductions in displayed coverage? Audio issues on voice calls?
