Cannot call 150 hangs up

All calls to 150 hang up immediately.

have switched iphone on and off same result.

is the service down ?

Same issue, 150 and 0800 numbers. I'm a little uneasy because I've just cancelled by broadband with Virgin to move to EE and they've missed two appointments but I can't speak to anyone.

I can’t call 150 off my EE iPhone. I can’t call my voicemail and need to check my voicemails
