Can’t load website on mobile

I can’t load Paddy Power website on mobile 4G. Clearing the cache doesn’t help. I can load the site fine whilst using WiFi.

Do you have a content lock active on your mobile connection? That help page linked will tell you how to check and how to remove it if so.

EE's Content Lock is being applied to adult sites. Are you on contract or PAYG?

• On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
• On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
