Atrocious coverage in Manchester

Does anyone know why the signal is so incredibly bad in Manchester city centre? My calls drop or fail to connect constantly, especially around Piccadilly Station and Piccadilly Gardens, ironically the very worst spot for dropped calls is right outside the EE store on Market St! It's really not acceptable for a major city centre, I am paying nearly a hundred pounds a month for a service that is verging on unusable

Good morning @davj

Welcome to the community.

Are you aware of others experiencing this?

Have you been able to check the area using the Network Status Checker?

This will show if there is any known issues and will also give you the option to report a problem.

Still just as bad a year later. Near Piccadilly Gardens, data pretty much unusable with a full 5G signal. Network Status checked says no problems. Has been the same for at least the last few weeks. Used to be fine.

Hi @khrispy

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your 5G services. Does the 5G work fine outside of the Piccadilly gardens area? If so you can report this issue on the Network Status Tracker that @Katie_B has mentioned.
