In November 21, I invested in a 5G home router and was told that 5G at my home location was "imminent" Within a .5 mile distance from my home, I can get 5G on my iphone 13 so went along with this "imminence"
9 months later and after speaking to several different advisors, I am still non the wiser when I will get it. Apparently, not one person within EE has any sight of any of the 5G roll out plans!!!!
Surely someone somewhere within EE or BT as an Excel file with details on when I can expect it at my home address?
Long ramble but to end with a simple question: Who can tell me when I can expect it at my home address?

Hi @MPD007
You won't get an answer other than EE are expanding their 5G coverage all the time. Keep an eye on the coverage map.

It's unfortunate that you were led to believe that particular improvements were imminent.
This does illustrate the reason why rollout schedules are internal only - they can be subject to change and are often fluid.

- EE Mobile Coverage and Service Status Checker in Mobile Network discussions
- Poor 5G coverage in Mobile Network discussions
- 5G and Signal Issues since switching to ESIM! in Mobile Services
- No Longer getting 4G+ in Mobile Network discussions
- Pay as you go rolling , how do i use my phone while abroad ( Caribbean) in Roaming
