4G Network useless

4G coverage is almost non existent on my phone both outdoors and inside. Realy dont know how you can keep saying there is full coverage when every day I get a text from the My Update service to say there is a problem with the network in my postcode/near my home

@SG13192 , There is good coverage, but there obviously is a problem where you are and in order to fix it, they may need access to do so, and that will depend where the mast is, as they will need permission to get to it from the landowner and depending on the problem, can also take longer to fix.

I have these notices too, and they have kept me updated, but have no problem with network, thus far and at home have fixed broadband. Unfortunately, they were hoping to get this fixed and have now given a new date when we should receive another update, not always easy to resolve, this happens with all networks.
