Hi,

I just added travel data pass to my account via 150, just a quick question - is Germany included?

You don't need it for travelling in EU.

You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If on contract & your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or alternatively you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £10 / month charged pro-rata.

Hi @joeyee

Have a look at our Roaming Page for information on Roaming in Germany.

The travel data pass covers slightly different roaming zones.

@joeyee  Make sure roaming is enabled on your account before you go abroad,  purchasing an add on doesn’t do this.   You just need to text ROAMING to 150 to do this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @XRaySpeX says if you contract started after July 2021 you can either pay £2 a day or if going longer than a few days you are better off with Roam Abroad. Travel data pass is only for non-EU countries and those not covered by Roam Abroad. Roam abroad is £10 for a month and you can cancel whenever. If your contract started before July 2021 then you should be able to use your allowance for free in the EU, so check your contract date. EE's roaming options are very confusing!

You can also use this link (https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/germany) to see charges, or you can text RO GERMANY to 150 to see if EU roaming is included in your plan.
