Hi folks.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my mobile data. I got the text saying my data has run out, and i need to buy more. However the page it normally takes me to when i press the link in the text just times out, with an error saying connection aborted. I also cannot load the my EE app, it just sits doing nothing. If i try it with wifi on it just says something went wrong.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Bov

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. Make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: & do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.

Hi @Bovrinox

Welcome to the community.

Is it this add-on status page that you're accessing? Could you try on a different or browser please?

Chris

I have tried it with 2 different browsers, but it's no different. If I use
WiFi it says forbidden, if I use my mobile data it times out
