Why is the app down for so long??

I need to gift data and the damn app is down and has been for days

@Rick18ts That app isn’t down. Try clearing your device cache and maybe uninstall and reinstall the app.

Sorted now, message on screen said app closes due to updates or something, I updated the app in App Store and all good now.
