Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening a new browser? 

If so, please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you 🙂

What error messages are you receiving.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I managed to gift data using the App (still can't gift from laptop or mobile using Chrome)
