Hi- I have "unlimited data" as part of my phone plan, yet often get texts saying that I have almost used up my data. What's occurring?

You're right! Unlimited data is not unlimited. It has a FUP of 600GB / billing month.

Are they actually texts from EE or notifications from your phone? Phones often have a data limit warning set as standard, which is often set at 2GB by default it seems, so this can be turned off or changed.
