Hi,
I've run into a problem. I have an unlimited data plan on my phone that I use as a personal hotspot and share with laptop/iPad etc., typically to watch films, or game etc. For some reason these are going into low-data mode when connecting, which is obviously useless. Why might that be? And how do I actually get unlimited data, or even an increase? Presumably there is some limit (to avoid users doing something ridiculous involving TBs per day)?
Many thanks!

There is like a 600GB limit on an unlimited data. This won't stop you using data but they slow your speed down.
Unlimited is not truly unlimited.
Also there is a device limit on hotspotting which I believe is 12
If you constantly break these policies they will deem you an business holder and move you to an equivalent business deal which will obviously cost more

Hi there @MultiJJok
Thanks for coming here.
Does the same happen if you use any other apps on your phone when not connected to another device?
Leanne.
