Hello,
I have purchased an unlimited data pass for my daughter's phone on my account which is active until October 2nd, yet she has run out of data. We have done this as she has moved into a new flat with no wifi set up as yet so this was a temporary measure. However, I have had to gift her 1GB of data from my EE phone as she ran out. Please could someone advise?

I'm not sure why this has happened. I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account on our side.
