Transferred to EE but not able to make calls or use data

Have removed previous network provider profile, have turned off mobile data and switched back on, and tried resetting network settings but nothing has worked.  Have mobile data enabled also but despite seeing 4g and signal showing nothing accessible and get a message saying not connected 

all 3 Apple phones transferred today having the same problem and nothing worked

@Mw50  SIM cards can take up to 24 hours to activate.  Try restarting the device/s a few times as this helps.   If it’s not working tomorrow morning then give customer services a call. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
