My Top-up failed due to a system error to add bank card.
Also the system just didn't let me add any bank card to it. My card is a MasterCard that is useable across Europe and UK.
I need to top-up the account otherwise the monthly contract will terminate. What should I do?

@JZX21 : If you're having to top-up It's not a monthly contract but a 30-day PAYG plan.
Is your card issued by a UK bank? If not, you'll need to call CS to top-up or top-up in a shop.
