My phone is Honor, it is dual SIM and before the data worked ok but after that I also used the other SIM card with the date and after using the other card the data on the EE SIM card didn't work anymore

Are you still using another network SIM alongside your EE one at the moment, or just the EE one?
It sounds like the phone's internet settings may be linked to one of the other networks you were using, so I would definitely check this.
These settings are called 'Access Point Names' or APNs, and Honor have a guide on how you can find and reset these that's worth checking out.
