Could EE be so kind to offer free data to those running out? My son is in a bit of a desperate situation and requires Data ASAP but I'm unable to gift it.

What happens when you try to gift data?

Depending when your Son's plan started, he may be eligible for Stay Connected Data when his data allowance runs out.
