You have it in front of you. The Username/pwd for an EE SIM is "eesecure"/"secure".

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Hi XRay

Yes I’ve inputted those but

9D5A31F1-34B8-4D23-B1F1-20DDB420CFBC.jpeg

its the access number I’m after please see picture

But that's showing "card"/"***", not the required "eesecure"/"secure". Hence it doesn't work.

You need to create a New APN with "eesecure"/"secure" & then make it Default. Access No. ="*99#" is correct.

Hi X-ray

sorry for being miss leading I had sent you screen shot of default setting I had logged in manually and changed username & passwords but even using *99# is would not go online

I’m going to reset to default  later once I’m home and reload

thanks for your input

Yes, you don't that as the Default. You want to make the APN with "eesecure"/"secure" as the Default.
