I paid for Mexico roaming last week, this is now showing on my bill. Im now in Mexico and can only get on my phone on Wi-Fi! I am unable to contact anyone in anyway as it says I have no service so txt and calls are not going through. Neither are watts app calls. Im not happy I’m being charged for something which doesnt bloody work.

@Kab251   Purchasing an add on to use your allowance when there doesn’t enable roaming it’s just an add on to allow the usage of your allowance while there.  

Enabling roaming and having an add to to use your allowance when roaming are not the same thing. 

you need to enable roaming from within your online account.  If you open the my EE app and click MOBILE PLAN ( it’s at the top ) scroll to the bottom and click SETTINGS you’ll find on that page the option to enable ROAMING on your account. Enable it and then restart your device 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I have done this but it says something has gone wrong and hasn’t worked. Tells me to call 150 but I can’t as no service.

If Roaming is showing as blocked and you are unable to activate this, you would need to give us a call from another phone on +44 7953966250 and the team will help you get this sorted.

If you have working WiFi, you can also try installing a web-calling app such as Skype, and calling C/S on +448000798586 - but it is they who you need to resolve this by enabling international roaming.
