So EE, already you were taking the ____, now you’ve gone that bit further, so I have the top contract, sim only, £41 a month, unlimited data, you now ask, for £15 a week to use my data abroad, (France) and it’s capped at 50gb for the whole month, I have EE Fibre broadband at home, just to let you know, I’m done, I won’t be renewing either of my contracts, broadband is working well, but as you’ve taken the ____, it’s a principle thing, you’re greedy, I’m gone, I’ll be going back to Three, after five years with you.
Its was previously £25 a month add on, for the month, to use your own data, so I’d be paying £66, now it will be £101, Great. 👎🏼

Hi @TheGunners1886,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community
Do you know the name of your current plan? You can check this in app by going to Manage and in the Your mobile plan section it will have your plan name. Our top SIM plans would be the All Rounder or Full works and both plans include EU roaming. Depending on the date of the plan it would be either via an inclusive extra or as part of the plan.
In case you were not aware, if your SIM contract is ending soon and you are an EE Broadband customer you would qualify for EE One exclusive plans where you get a £20 discount on unlimited SIM deals. So for example an Essentials Plus plan with EU roaming included would be £17.50 a month and an All Rounder with EU roaming included plus the choice of an inclusive extra, would be £23.50 a month.

@TheGunners1886 It’s always been capped at 50Gb per month so no change there. Perhaps looking at tariffs that include roaming would be more beneficial to you, What sim only you currently have doesn’t come in to it neither does the amount you pay as you was happy to have that at the time and that was your choice. . And it sounds like you got this before EE started offering roaming with some of the current tariffs.

Hi Chris, I know it was always capped at 50gb, my point is, it’s gone from £25 a month for the pass, now EE only allow weekly passes, at £15 a week, so £60 a month, I travel away for four to five weeks at times. So as I said, £41 for the line rental, plus £60 for the right to use my data. Meanwhile at O2.
O2 offers no roaming charges for up to 25GB of data when using your phone in their Europe Zone. This means you can use your data, minutes, and texts just like you would at home, without any extra charges for roaming.
Thank you.

Hi Alex, I’m aware of that, so even if I got that, that benefit is taken away, as you increased what was £25 for the month to use your data, to £60 a month, as you only offer £15 a week option, what’s the reason it went from £25 a month to £60 a month realistically? Aside from getting as much money as you can from people.
