We have a data SIM for a camera.
Need to Link it our EE account to see balance.
Enter the EE phone number.
It sends a passcode to the camera WHICH CAN'T respond.
Try to get it to send the code to my Vodafone mobile. It won't link that as it sees it is not an EE number.
Try phoning EE. Automated system can't handle giving me a balance. Who designed this system???
PLEASE SORT This EE - I already reported to your staff last month. No change.
