Hi, was on Plusnet till 5 days ago, when Plusnet suggested We both switch to EE which we did, then we get a warning from EE she has used 2 gig in 5 days, which is impossible, at 76 she only uses the phone for face book and a couple of games, not streaming films etc etc but trying to contact EE seems impossible.

Hi, that may be above our ability, plus we can't find en email address anywhere for EE to ask for help or information sorry we are not more efficient but an we are both pensioners we do have limited experience and that's our fault.
