I've not happy with EE lying to me when i went into the shop last week to get my lock content removed so i can go on betting sites i don't no why you have locked me out never had the problem before

Yeah I've checked the settings there is no way of doing anything on there

I've checked setting in my EE account and still can't make the changes

I have same issue the app amd website are useless and a call to 150 was a complete waste of my time won’t be renewing my contract with this lot !!!
