I have no Mobile data and can't get anywhere with ee as hubby pays through his bank and its on his old email but I pay for 5gb buts it's turned off

Is this a recent problem? Do you have data enabled in your phone's settings? Can you make & receive calls OK?
Can you clarify what you mean by "it's turned off"?
