I have not had internet access for about 5 hours, the balance has been added to my number but it still does not connect anywhere, I live abroad and you have been using your service from roaming packages for a long time, right now

Hi @exelanshero,
You'll be able to make calls and send texts, but you'll need to purchase a roaming data add-on to use mobile data.

I cannot buy a roaming add-on because I need to connect to the ee mobile network in order to access the add-on.ee.co.uk site. Where else can I buy it? It does not access the add-on purchasing site from a different network.

Hi @exelanshero,
The add-on page is zero rated so you should still be able to connect to it.
Alternatively, you can purchase an add-on via the EE app.

What happens when you try to access the page via your EE SIM, @exelanshero?

The application does not work because the mobile data flow of my SIM card is completely cut off, so I cannot access any site on the ee mobile network. Since I am in Turkey, the 150 number cannot be called or messages sent.Where else can I buy add-ons, or can you activate the data roaming setting of my line?
